Leaders are increasingly confronted with the need for agile change.  Advancing technologies, mergers, new policies and procedures, shifting responsibilities and reorganizations offer challenging environments that require significant psychological shifts.  To be successful at adapting, leaders must understand how to respond with the right behaviors and actions that move their teams through change.  The Leading Through Change workshop offers a window into understanding why people react as they do to change.  Leaders explore strategies necessary for accelerating, clarifying, and defining change.
