Leading Through Change
Overview
Leaders are increasingly confronted with the need for agile change. Advancing technologies, mergers, new policies and procedures, shifting responsibilities and reorganizations offer challenging environments that require significant psychological shifts. To be successful at adapting, leaders must understand how to respond with the right behaviors and actions that move their teams through change.
