The TKI® (Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument) helps individuals and teams understand how different conflict-handling modes can affect the conflict intensity, length and direction.  This instrument opens productive dialogue about conflict.  It strengthens individuals and organizations by understanding that modes are instrumental in resolving conflicts.

 

The CDP® (Conflict Dynamics Profile) enables individuals to view their conflict responses on four levels—Constructive, Destructive, Active and Passive.  This behavior oriented instrument also, provides feedback on workplace hot buttons.  Individuals are able to focus on specific areas of enrichment during conflicts and find out optimal behaviors needed for working through difficulties.
